Beschreibung

There is a dead tree who's base had partially snapped off. The tree is on the north side of the bike path on the condos side of the fence and it currently held up by another tree. It was moving around in the wind and I fear it will fall on the bike path. The base was moving a fair amount and appears to be slowly failing more and more. Wanted to make you aware before it falls on the fencing or God forbid a person on the path
