While this is not my report, it is my observation that the large "sidewalk closed" sign at the NW corner of Holmes and Shelburne Roads does block the view of pedestrians crossing Holmes by vehicles turning onto Holmes from Shelburne Rd. southbound. Also, the sign obstructs the view of and by pedestrians trying to cross both Holmes and Shelburne Rd. Simply moving the sign further north of the intersection might be a remedy. This sign appears to be an ad hoc sign associated with the building construction at Fayette Rd. N.B., both crosswalks at this intersection are used by children who attend Vermont Commons School and regularly use the GMT buses. Thanks
