The work was planned for time which do not impact people getting to work. It was scheduled to occur overnight and it did overnight from 9p-5a. However there was a failure in the new water line connection requiring them to occupy space during a time that we all agree is not optimal to make repairs.
That said, this is not a City project or a City road. We have no authority in this case, but I hope the above facts shed light on the Whos, Whats, Whens, Wheres and Whys of the issue.
