For the second time in the past few weeks, the traffic signal for traffic on Airport Drive heading towards Kennedy would not cycle off red (except for the green left arrow to turn onto Williston Road). This lasts for multiple cycles, which backs traffic up past the Airport and causes people to start running the red light in an attempt to cross Williston Road.
