    This traffic light is malfunctioning. It is turning all vehicle lanes red to turn all pedestrian crossings green on every cycle, even when there are no pedestrians for hundreds of yards in any direction.

    This light in front of the UMall used to work adequately many years ago, but for the last year or so has been a problem. I have a hard time describing the issue, other than to say frequently I will be stopped at it, and so will many other cars, and literally no one is going. Is it a pedestrian signal issue? It also hold Dorset red to allow cross traffic to go even loooong after all that traffic has cleared. Like all Dorset lights it is also not coordinated with the lights north and south of it. This leads to frequent gridlock, even in the middle of the day far from rush hour. It also leads to the opposite of gridlock, where this light is green but no cars are going through because the two lights feeding to it are red.

    This light in front of the blue mall still stops NB and SB Dorset when no car is pulling out of the mall or trying to turn in. It also stays red on Dorset for an incredibly long time. It doesn't seem to be coordinated at all with the lights north or south of it, frequently leading to stopping at all three and/or gridlock. Gridlock in Vermont. Yeah.

    This light is still malfunctioning the same way as my report of a month ago. The programming is entirely too biased for traffic pulling out of the school or apartments. It will stop traffic both ways on Dorset because someone was momentarily stopped at the school light but was able to go right on red easily. Today I even saw it turn Dorset red when someone turned INTO the school from SB Dorset and cut the corner sharply and presumable tripped the sensor that someone in the school wanted out. Lastly, this light is coordinated on the exact opposite timing related to the next light north, so if you stop at this you'll stop at the next one too.

    Have been driving through this odd section through the parking lot between Queen City park Rd. and Hannaford drive for years. Sometime 3-4 x/day. It used to have clear lane markings and Stop written in roadway. Traffic patterns were followed, stop signs obeyed. In the last year and a half, the lane markings are worn off, and it has become a lawless intersection. drivers cut through at high speed ignoring the stops. If you do obey the signs, drivers cut you off and go around you. It is a bad accident waiting to happen.
    Why have you allowed the marking to fade away and turned a blind eye to enforcing this section? It is like driving in a third world country. More and more drivers are ignoring the stops and speeding through here. Please do something about this. It is a dangerous place.

    When traveling North on Dorset St. and taking a left onto Aspen Drive, The signal detects a left turn but cycles all dorset lanes to stop, Sets the Aspen Drive lights to Green then cycles the left turn light. This occurs every time, starting last winter even when there is not Aspen Drive Traffic. Up until last winter, the light would correctly sense the left turn request and cycle the South Bound Dorset traffic to stop. This unnecessary cycle causes inefficient travel on Dorset St.

    construction signs found face down on bike lanes, 2 each in the South bound bike lane and in the North bound bike lane, after work hours. Very dangerous to bicyclists and cars as well. Near the Shelburne town line on Spear st. I had to avoid them at 6am and 8pm.

    I am still concerned about the safety of the walk/bike space on Queen City Park Rd on both sides the bridge, especially east of the bridge. May I suggest quick fixes until you get to the sidewalk work:
    1. You could ask GMP to fill in the dip at the start of their drive to the power station. Fills with water right up to the road after a rain. Or SB could put in fill.
    2. Cut the bush down at the end of the sidewalk in front of the SB water dept. he sidewalk ends at the bush.
    3. Cut the sumac back on the east side of the bridge, sticking out and blocking view.

    Chronic erosion from the too-shallow/nonexistent swale on south side of the sidewalk lets sand and water flow freely onto the sidewalk. This causes ice and/or sand build-up whenever it rains or thaws. Is this violating stormwater permits?
