@what infrastructure... sure, you're "allowed" full lane use, but when there is a designated bike lane buried under the snow, why not just plow the street properly so everybody has a safe, designated space to use?

Because its been plowed multiple times and an inherent challenge of cycling in the winter. Snow builds up.

I can confirm it has not been plowed once in the last week. I commute on it every weekday. And yes, I could take the lane, but it is downright scary with people not giving space. Better just to plow it. There is plenty of grass verge to store the plowed snow there. Could use the sidewalk dragon to throw it

This is from 10:30 this morning. You can clearly see the curb, about 4ft in from the snow edge. Badly needs plowing/digging out

I think you might want to call SoBurl DPW directly. Looks like this went to BTV DPW but I think that stretch of road is actually maintained by SoBurl? (I could be totally wrong about that)

Thanks Thatguy. It is Burl. I have complained about this section not being plowed every year for 9 years. Burl inside the jug handle and then s.burl east of there.

Yes, this can be closed. To make it clear though that it has been cleared because of unseasonably warm weather, not because any effort was made to plow.
