Description

Flashing cross walk sign on right side of road when headed down the hill is not blinking when button is pressed. This is an extremely busy crosswalk used by many children and cars coming down the hill are not seeing kids trying to cross. Honestly a sign is not enough in the first place and there should be a crossing guard here!
