Description

On my morning walk today at 0720 I noticed an oily substance apparently weeping from the hill on the north side of Brickyard in two places: one uphill- and one downhill of the mobile sign trailer pictured. The downhill instance was thick and almost waxy. I wondered if those condos might have an underground fuel tank leak. It could also have been something that washed down from the parking lot uphill, or a lawn application; I couldn't determine that, either way.
