Description

At intersection of East Village Drive and East Avenue, there seems to be a hole developing, growing slowly over months. Also the curbs on either side of East Village Drive seem to prevent effective drainage. Since some work on East Avenue is anticipated soon, perhaps these issues can be addressed as well. Thank you.
