    Truck traffic has increased in the development since COVID. Many vehicles seem to be exceeding the posted speed limit of 25 mph and ignoring stop signs regularly. Requesting that a traffic study be done with aim of arriving at an improvement plan, including installation of speed bumps, to slow traffic and increase safety in the development.

    Someone dumped these 3 chairs and I know that nobody from the neighborhood will step up so I figured this was the next best options. People leave garage at the entrance to Allen Martin parkway(despite a new sign) and kids must have placed these lovely chairs hare.

    This intersection is dangerous for travelers going south on Susie Wilson, turning left/east on Pinecrest. There should be a "Divided Highway" or "Go Around" Sign there because it looks like you should turn left into oncoming traffic, when you really need to go around to the right of the median. I have seen a number of close calls here and hope you will consider adding a sign.

    At corner of Lang and Lida: Water mains have pushed up through the concrete after being repaired in 2020. Requires look at the mains themselves, as well as new concrete. Poses danger to pedestrians

    On driveway on Lang: Frost heaves pushed up sidewalk, creating problems for snowplows and cars. Needs to be replaced / regraded.

    On Lang sidewalk: cracked pavement, needs to be repaired.

    There is a small but significant lip between these two sidewalk pieces, about a 1" gap. Wearing flipflops the other day, I stubbed my toe on this quite hard and tore off a big chunk of toe. Seems like something that should be fixed before anyone is hurt more seriously.
